Leveraging the Pega Smart Investigate application to streamline and optimize complex investigation and resolution processes within the financial services sector.

Design, configuration, and deployment of Pega Smart Investigate solutions, collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements.

Analyzing and optimizing existing processes, developing and customizing Pega applications, and ensuring quality assurance through testing and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

End-to-end design, configuration, and deployment of Pega Smart Investigate solutions tailored to specific client needs.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather detailed requirements and translate them into effective Pega workflows, case management designs, and intuitive UI components.

Analyze existing financial investigation processes to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement and automation using Pega Smart Investigate.

Develop and customize Pega Smart Investigate applications, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Conduct thorough testing of Pega Smart Investigate applications and create comprehensive technical documentation and user guides.
