As a Commis I, you will support the culinary team in the preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes across our restaurants, kitchens, and outlets. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about cooking and eager to develop their skills in a luxury hospitality environment.
You will work under the guidance of senior chefs to ensure consistency, quality, and adherence to Four Seasons standards.
Key Responsibilities - Assist in the preparation and cooking of dishes according to recipes and standards
- Ensure all food preparation areas are clean, organized, and hygienic
- Support mise en place and daily kitchen operations
- Follow instructions from Chef de Partie and Sous Chef
- Maintain high standards of food quality, taste, and presentation
- Ensure proper storage and labeling of food items
- Adhere to food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards
- Minimize waste and support cost control measures
- Assist in maintaining kitchen equipment and reporting any issues
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service
Area of Responsibility All kitchen outlets including restaurants, banquets, and back-of-house culinary operations across the resort.
