Roles & Responsibilities
Generate Leads & Sales: Proactively identify prospective customers through cold calling, emails, and networking to build a strong pipeline.
Present & Negotiate: Deliver product demonstrations or presentations, discuss pricing, and negotiate contracts to close sales
Meet Sales Quotas: Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Build long-term relationships with clients, providing excellent after-sales service to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Reporting & Analysis: Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and submit regular sales reports on activities and results.
Product Expertise: Maintain in-depth knowledge of company products and services to effectively explain benefits and resolve client issues.
Desired Candidate Profile
Communication & Negotiation: Exceptional verbal and written skills, with the ability to persuade and influence decision-makers.
Goal-Oriented: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office.
Experience: Previous experience in sales (B2B or B2C) is typically required.
Education: A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is often preferred, though not always required.
