Job Details

Hotel Sales Executive drives revenue by securing group bookings, corporate accounts, and events. Key responsibilities include prospecting new clients through cold calling, negotiating contracts, managing existing relationships, and analyzing market trends to meet sales goals. They collaborate with marketing and operations to maximize profitability and guest satisfaction.
Core Responsibilities Business Development: Proactively identify and secure new corporate, group, and event business through networking, site inspections, and cold calls. Relationship Management: Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients, travel agents, and partners to ensure repeat business. Contract Negotiation: Negotiate room rates, banquet space, and event contracts to maximize hotel revenue and profitability. Strategy & Analysis: Develop and implement sales plans, analyze competitor activities, and forecast revenue. Collaboration: Work with front desk, catering, and marketing departments to ensure seamless execution of guest services and promotions. Reporting: Prepare sales reports and maintain client databases (e.g., using Opera PMS).

Qualifications & Skills Education: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or related field. Experience: 2–5 years of sales experience, preferably within the hotel industry. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for presentations and negotiations. Technical Skills: Proficiency in hotel property management systems (PMS) and CRM software. Networking: Strong interpersonal skills to represent the hotel at industry events.
