Role Description We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Officer – Acquirer, Card Operations to join our team in Riyadh. This is a full-time, on-site role responsible for overseeing and ensuring the smooth operation of card-related processes.
Key responsibilities: Manage and process merchant operation, including onboarding, profile update, terminal management, and handling payment related to inquiries. Oversee payment activities be releasing held fund after investigation, resolving rejected payment and transactions. Ensuring timely settlement in line with policy. Lead dispute and chargeback processes, including cases validation, evidence review, declaration, re-presentment, arbitration handling, and compliance with card scheme rules to minimize financial loss. Support financial accuracy through debit balance recovery, manual statement, and handling B2B, list style and manual transactions. Contribute to system operation and team initiatives, including MPGS/HYPERCARE/ partnership bank model processing and online charges, project launches. Testing and training activities
Qualifications Bachelor Degree or equivalent professional qualifications or Experience in a similar operations Minimum 2 years’ experience in credit cards or operational functions of a financial institution. English language: Advanced or Fluent / Professional Strong Interpersonal and Communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders effectively. Proficiency in Analytical and Finance skills for processing and interpreting complex data, reports, and financial analysis. Adaptability and problem-solving capabilities in a fast-paced and regulated environment.
