About the Role We are looking for a high-caliber Healthcare Strategy Consultant with deep expertise in the Saudi Arabian healthcare sector and strong management consulting capabilities. This role is ideal for someone who can think strategically, write persuasively, and operate like a true consultant—turning complex inputs into structured, client-ready outputs. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to shape high-quality proposals, presentations, and strategic insights aligned with client expectations and market dynamics.
Key Responsibilities Develop high-quality proposals, reports, and presentations tailored to healthcare clients in Saudi Arabia Translate complex ideas into clear, structured, and compelling written content aligned with brand tone Analyze and synthesize context documents, RFPs, and research materials to extract key insights Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to gather inputs and shape solutions Produce on-brand Power Point presentations with strong storytelling and visual clarity Ensure all deliverables are aligned with client scoring criteria and evaluation frameworks Provide strategic input on healthcare trends, policies, and market dynamics in KSATranslate content between English and Arabic while maintaining tone and intent
Requirements Proven experience in management consulting, strategy, or advisory roles (preferably in healthcare) Strong understanding of the Saudi healthcare ecosystem (e.g., Vision 2030, privatization, key stakeholders) Exceptional written communication and storytelling skills in English Professional proficiency in Arabic (reading, writing, translation) Demonstrated ability to create client-ready proposals and presentations Strong analytical skills with the ability to structure ambiguous problems Experience working with RFPs, bids, or consulting deliverables is highly preferred Advanced proficiency in Power Point and document structuring
