Role Overview
RESC is seeking a highly qualified and experienced Renewable Energy Engineer to support the technical design, execution, analysis, and optimization of renewable energy projects, with a primary focus on solar PV systems, energy efficiency, and sustainable power solutions. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in delivering technically advanced renewable projects while ensuring compliance with Saudi standards, international best practices, and project performance requirements.
Key Responsibilities
• Design, review, and optimize renewable energy systems, particularly solar PV projects, in compliance with Saudi regulations and technical standards
• Support project execution including technical planning, site supervision, installation coordination, and system validation
• Conduct energy assessments, feasibility studies, and technical evaluations for renewable and energy efficiency projects
• Prepare technical proposals, system documentation, BOQs, compliance reports, and engineering presentations
• Ensure adherence to SE regulations, project quality standards, and renewable energy best practices
• Coordinate with clients, suppliers, project teams, and management to ensure successful project delivery
• Support business development and technical sales teams through engineering expertise and project consultation
• Contribute to innovation in renewable technologies, localization opportunities, and sustainable engineering solutions
Requirements
• Minimum 3 years of proven professional experience in renewable energy projects
• Saudi Energy (SE) Certified PV Designer (Mandatory)
• Saudi Energy (SE) Certified PV Installer (Mandatory)
• Must hold at least one active AEE certification: CMVP, CEA, or CEM
• Strong technical expertise in solar PV systems, renewable technologies, and energy efficiency
• Experience in project design, execution, compliance, and technical documentation
• Fluent in Arabic and English (written and verbal)
• Strong analytical, technical problem-solving, and communication skills
• Male or Female (Saudi National Preferred)
