Roles & Responsibilities
Perform detailed delay and disruption analysis using recognised methodologies such as TIA and Window Analysis
Review project schedules, baseline programmes, and progress updates to identify delay events and their impact
Analyse project records, including correspondence, reports, and site data, to support claims
Prepare clear, structured forensic planning reports for claims, arbitration, and dispute resolution
Work closely with project teams, legal advisors, and experts to support litigation processes
Assist in the preparation of expert witness reports and presentations where required
Desired Candidate Profile
5–10+ years of experience in planning, with strong exposure to delay analysis and claims
Proven background with contractors, consultants, or claims consultancies
Solid understanding of delay analysis techniques (TIA, Window Analysis, etc.)
Strong experience in reviewing project programmes and contemporaneous records
Proficient in Primavera P6 (mandatory)
Excellent analytical, reporting, and communication skills
Prior experience in arbitration or dispute resolution is a strong advantage
