Roles & Responsibilities

Our client is a leading large-scale company in the field of healthcare, dedicated to delivering excellence in medical services across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. We are currently seeking an experienced and strategic Accounting Manager to join our finance department in Riyadh. Reporting directly to the Financial Controller, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining financial integrity, optimizing cash flow, and ensuring rigorous compliance within a complex, high-growth environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage all daily accounting operations, including General Ledger (GL), accounts receivable, and payables.
  • Ensure full compliance with IFRS, KSA Tax & VAT regulations, and internal financial policies.
  • Oversee the budgeting, forecasting, and cash management processes to optimize corporate liquidity.
  • Manage the integrity and functionality of the Oracle ERP system, leveraging it for accurate financial reporting and analysis.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for external audits, ensuring seamless statutory reporting and compliance.
  • Formulate and implement robust financial policies and procedures to enhance internal controls and operational efficiency.
  • Provide strong leadership to the finance team, mentoring staff to meet tight deadlines and resolve complex financial challenges.

Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum 10 years of accounting experience.
  • Education: Bachelor s degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA or CMA certification is highly preferred).
  • Skills: Expert knowledge of Oracle ERP, IFRS, Tax/VAT, and financial policy formulation; Advanced Excel & PowerPoint skills.
  • Languages: Bilingual (Arabic & English) is mandatory.
  • Competencies: Proven leadership, team management, and effective problem-solving skills.

Desired Candidate Profile

Experience: Minimum 10 years of accounting experience.
