Roles & Responsibilities
Field Marketing Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement field marketing plans aligned with revenue targets, strategic accounts, and market priorities.
- Translate corporate marketing strategy and GTM campaign plans into localized programs that generate demand and accelerate pipeline growth.
- Collaborate closely with sales leadership to identify priority territories, accounts, and growth opportunities.
- Ensure field marketing initiatives are fully aligned with business objectives and measurable outcomes.
Events & Regional Activations
- Lead end-to-end execution of third-party events and exhibitions such as LEAP, GITEX, and other flagship industry conferences.
- Manage event strategy, sponsorship evaluation, vendor negotiations, contracts, booth experience, branding, logistics, and onsite delivery.
- Plan and execute executive roundtables, customer forums, workshops, roadshows, and networking events.
- Deliver exceptional attendee experiences while ensuring strong commercial impact from every activation.
Account-Based Marketing & Demand Generation
- Design and execute targeted campaigns for strategic accounts, verticals, and priority industries.
- Launch localized lead generation initiatives in partnership with sales teams to build qualified pipeline.
- Drive lead nurture and follow-up programs to maximize conversion from MQLs to sales opportunities.
- Support account penetration and expansion strategies through personalized field marketing programs.
Alliances & Channel Marketing
- Lead joint field marketing initiatives with strategic partners, channel partners, alliances, and ecosystem stakeholders.
- Execute co-branded campaigns, customer events, and regional programs to expand market reach and influence pipeline growth.
- Strengthen partner engagement through collaborative planning and shared success metrics.
Performance Management & Reporting
- Measure and report program performance across leads, meetings, opportunities created, influenced pipeline, ROI, and engagement metrics.
- Provide regular insights and recommendations to the Field Marketing Lead and commercial leadership.
- Continuously optimize future programs based on campaign performance, sales feedback, and market intelligence.
- Manage field marketing budgets effectively to maximize return on investment.
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 5+ years of B2B field marketing experience, preferably within technology, SaaS, AI, cybersecurity, or consulting sectors.
- Strong experience managing enterprise-scale events, executive engagement programs, and regional activations.
- Proven success in driving pipeline growth through field marketing and demand generation programs.
- Experience partnering closely with enterprise sales teams and senior business stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of Saudi Arabia and broader MENA market dynamics.
- Fluent in English; Arabic is highly preferred.
- Excellent project management, communication, negotiation, and vendor management skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to measure ROI and optimize performance.
