Job Title: Workshop Operations Manager – European Cars Specialist
Role Summary:
Responsible for the comprehensive daily management of workshop operations in strict adherence to OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) Standards, ensuring the delivery of high-quality maintenance and repair services for European vehicles. Leads the technical team, organizes work schedules, and efficiently assigns tasks to achieve the highest levels of productivity and efficiency, while strictly adhering to delivery timelines.
. Operations & Quality Control:
Oversee the implementation of Quality Control (QC) systems across all stages of the repair process.
Ensure pre- and post-repair inspection procedures are strictly followed.
Document all work using photos, videos, and technical reports to enhance transparency and customer trust.
2. Performance Management (KPIs):
Monitor key performance indicators including:
Production rate
Repair turnaround time
Error/fault ratio
Customer satisfaction index (CSI)
Continuously analyze and improve these metrics.
3. Inventory & Cost Control:
Manage parts inventory and spare parts operations, ensuring availability while minimizing waste.
Control costs and achieve optimal resource utilization.
Collaborate with procurement to ensure timely availability of genuine/aftermarket parts.
4. Customer Experience & Collaboration:
Work directly with the reception and customer service teams to ensure an integrated, professional customer journey.
Handle complaints efficiently and promptly.
Ensure a seamless handover process from reception to workshop and back to delivery.
5. Safety & Workplace Discipline:
Enforce the highest standards of occupational safety, cleanliness, and organization within the workshop.
Lead a culture of discipline, loyalty, and teamwork.
Ensure all tools, equipment, and workstations comply with safety regulations.
6. Team Development & Training:
Contribute to the continuous development of the technical team’s skills.
Conduct ongoing training, knowledge transfer, and technical readiness programs.
Ensure the team remains aligned with Euro Motors’ identity as a specialist in luxury European car management and service according to the highest global standards.
