About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented HR Analyst based in Riyadh to manage payroll processes, analyze HR data, and support strategic HR initiatives. This role requires strong technical payroll skills and a minimum of 3 years of professional experience.


Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end payroll processing in compliance with Saudi labor laws

Analyze HR metrics and generate regular reports on turnover, headcount, and other key indicators

Maintain and audit HR databases to ensure data accuracy and integrity

Collaborate with finance to reconcile payroll accounts and resolve discrepancies

Support implementation and optimization of HR systems and process improvements

Ensure compliance with local labor regulations and internal policies

Provide analytical insights to guide HR planning and decision-making

Skills

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR analysis, payroll processing, or related role

Technical proficiency in payroll systems and payroll processing

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros)

Familiarity with Saudi Arabian labor laws and regulations

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency preferred


Preferred Qualifications:

Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, CIPD)

Experience with HRIS platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors or Workday

Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)

Familiarity with process automation and optimization techniques
