Roles & Responsibilities

Role Overview

  • Review engineering designs, drawings, models, and technical specifications in line with international and local standards.
  • Manage projects from initiation through testing, commissioning, and handover.
  • Prepare RFP documents including scope, BOQs, and evaluation criteria.
  • Lead technical evaluations of proposals and manage bidder queries.
  • Monitor project schedules, budgets, and overall performance.
  • Coordinate with project controls teams to track progress and costs.
  • Manage stakeholders including clients, contractors, consultants, and designers.
  • Lead meetings and ensure timely resolution of technical issues.

Professional Knowledge & Skills

  • Strong understanding of fuel systems design and piping/hydraulic analysis.
  • Familiarity with relevant engineering design and modeling software.
  • Excellent project management, cost control, and scheduling skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
