Objective of the Position:

Attract the best talents for vacant positions within the company through effective recruitment operations management, ensuring candidate alignment with job requirements and organizational culture.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify recruitment needs in coordination with department managers.
  • Prepare and publish job advertisements on various recruitment platforms.
  • Screen resumes and select suitable candidates.
