Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities

  • On-site Factory Management:Lead the quality oversight of System Assembly, Test (including Run-In), and Packaging processes at the supplier's site.
  • Quality Governance: Monitor real-time production quality to ensure all outputs strictly adhere to HP s standards and delivery schedules.
  • Continuous Improvement: Drive process enhancements and optimization initiatives within the manufacturing line to improve yield and operational efficiency.
  • Issue Resolution & RCA: Conduct deep-dive Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for technical failures; provide and implement timely corrective actions for customer complaints or line issues.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with external suppliers and internal departments to resolve quality roadblocks and ensure a smooth production flow.
