Job Purpose:We are looking for a Learning and Development Specialist to design, develop, and enhance our training programs, and to play a key role in driving employee growth and reducing risks by aligning our learning initiatives with our HR and business strategies. Key Responsibilities:• Identify and assess the technical and behavioral development needs within our organization.• Monitor and evaluate the impact of our training programs.• Collaborate with colleagues to design and implement effective learning strategies.• Support management in solving training challenges, whether one-on-one or in group settings.• Develop and execute training plans alongside the HR leadership team.• Create engaging induction programs and develop in-house training materials.• Advise managers on integrating learning, career development, and succession planning into their talent management practices.• Generate reports on training performance and impact to support budgeting decisions.• Stay updated on new workplace learning technologies and methodologies. Qualifications & Skills:• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.• 2-5 years of experience in HR.• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English.• Confident in presenting to large audiences.• Strong understanding of designing diverse training solutions, collaborating with third parties, managing budgets, and talent management.• Ability to work well with a diverse team and individuals.
