Key Responsibilities Prepare technical and design drawings with the support of the technical office team in accordance with architectural plans and approved standards. Assist in updating and modifying drawings based on project requirements and coordinate with other engineering teams. Apply quality standards and approved Saudi and international specifications across all drawings and documents. Collaborate with engineers and designers to ensure accurate data and proper technical guidance. Manage and organize project files and technical documentation, tracking updates and changes. Contribute to preparing quantity take-offs and preliminary cost estimates for small projects. Participate in technical meetings and provide regular reports on work progress and design challenges.
Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Architecture / Architectural Engineering from a recognized university. Internship or assistant experience in a technical office within construction or architectural projects is a plus, especially in a Saudi environment. Good knowledge of architectural design and drafting software such as Auto CAD and Revit, along with basic knowledge of Microsoft Office. Strong understanding of construction materials, techniques, and applicable regulations in Saudi Arabia. Fluency in Arabic (written and spoken), with basic English communication skills for reports and technical documentation as an added advantage.
