Job Details

Job Purpose: Assist in managing and maintaining relationships with government entities and support the completion of official procedures and documentation in compliance with regulations. Key Responsibilities:Assist in processing and following up on government-related transactions and documentation. Coordinate with government authorities to complete official procedures. Track the status of applications, permits, and approvals with relevant government entities. Maintain accurate records of government transactions and documentation. Support the preparation and submission of required forms and official letters. Ensure compliance with government regulations and organizational policies. Provide updates and reports regarding government-related processes. Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Public Administration, or a related field. Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of experience. Skills:Good communication and interpersonal skills. Organizational and time-management skills. Ability to handle official documentation and procedures. Basic knowledge of government portals and services is preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
