We are looking for an experienced Director, Commercial & Business Development to lead the commercial growth of the Equipment Business Unit. The role will drive revenue growth, expand the equipment rental market, manage major bids and contracts, and build strong strategic client relationships across the construction and infrastructure sectors.
Key Responsibilities Develop and implement the commercial and business development strategy for the Equipment Business Unit. Drive revenue growth, equipment utilization, and market expansion. Identify and secure new equipment rental and commercial opportunities. Lead bids, tenders, and commercial negotiations with clients and partners. Build and maintain relationships with contractors, developers, and strategic clients. Strengthen the brand positioning and market presence of the Equipment Business Unit. Provide market intelligence and commercial insights to senior leadership. Lead and develop the Commercial & Business Development team.
Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.15+ years of experience in commercial, sales, or business development roles within the construction or equipment sector.10+ years in leadership roles managing commercial or business development functions. Strong background in equipment rental, contracting, and commercial strategy. Proven experience in tendering, contract negotiation, and client relationship management.
