Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic HR Manager to lead and drive our human resources function. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership capabilities, strategic HR expertise, and a stable career track record. This role requires a bilingual professional (Arabic & English) who can effectively partner with leadership and support organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the full spectrum of HR functions including Recruitment, Organizational Development, Performance Management, and Employee Relations Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives Oversee talent acquisition to attract high-quality, stable candidates Drive performance management systems and employee engagement initiatives Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law and HR best practices Manage compensation & benefits structure and benchmarking Support leadership in organizational restructuring and workforce planning Implement HR policies, procedures, and continuous improvement initiatives Lead and mentor the HR team Key Requirements Experience: Minimum 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial/leadership role Career Stability: Proven track record of long-term tenure (non-job hopper) Language: Fluent in Arabic and English (Mandatory) Education:MBA in Human Resources or related field (Preferred) Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or equivalent Certifications (Highly Preferred) Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM-CP / SHRM-SCP) AIHR Academy to Innovate HR (AIHR Certifications) Core Competencies Strong leadership and stakeholder management Strategic thinking and business partnering Organizational Development & Talent Management expertise Excellent communication and interpersonal skills High level of integrity and professionalism Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
