Leverage your expertise and join a leading company specializing in leading Pharmaceutical and medical devices company in Saudi Arabia.


The Product & Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and developing new products, conducting market insights and analysis, and establishing strategic partnerships, while working closely with R&D and Regulatory Affairs teams to ensure successful product development and market entry.


Key Accountabilities
  • Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify new product opportunities and unmet clinical needs in Saudi Arabia.


  • Lead product development initiatives in coordination with R&D and Regulatory Affairs teams.


  • Translate market insights into actionable product strategies and portfolio expansion plans.


  • Identify, evaluate, and onboard new suppliers and manufacturing partners to enhance product offerings.


  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, principals, and international manufacturers.


  • Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Regulatory, Supply Chain, Finance) for successful product launches.


  • Monitor product and business development KPIs, opportunity pipelines, and performance metrics.


  • Represent the company in supplier meetings, industry events, exhibitions, and conferences.


  • Leverage established relationships with NUPCO, government authorities, hospitals, and distributors to support tenders, product listings, and long-term contracts.


Knowledge, Skills, and Experience


  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Biomedical Engineering, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).


  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in product development, market insights, or business development within the medical devices industry.


  • Proven experience in product strategy, supplier management, and R&D coordination.


  • Strong understanding of the Saudi healthcare market, medical device regulations, and procurement processes including NUPCO.


  • Demonstrated ability to assess market opportunities and convert insights into viable products.


  • Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
