Essential Skills & Qualifications: (must have)
1. 15 years working experience, minimum 5 years relevant working experience.
2. Bachelor of Architecture or Civil Engineer.
3. Familiar with Auto CAD and MS Office.
4. Familiar with SAFE or E-Tab software.
