• Site Execution & Supervision
• Supervise daily mechanical installations (fire pumps, piping, valves, fittings, sprinklers, etc.).
• Ensure execution as per approved shop drawings, specs, and project schedules.
• Coordinate with foremen, subcontractors, and safety personnel on site.
• Drawings & Technical Coordination
• Review mechanical drawings and resolve conflicts with other disciplines (electrical, civil, etc.).
• Communicate technical clarifications with design teams or consultants.
• Ensure that redline/as-built drawings are properly updated.
• Material Verification & Installation Planning
• Inspect delivered mechanical materials and ensure compliance with BOQ/specifications.
• Ensure proper storage, handling, and timely availability of equipment.
• Plan sequence of installation to avoid delays.
• Testing, Commissioning & Troubleshooting
• Participate in hydrostatic testing, valve operations, and functional checks.
• Supervise commissioning fire protection systems.
• Troubleshoot any technical issues arising during installation or startup
• Quality Control & HSE Compliance
• Ensure all works meet project quality standards and safety requirements.
• Participate in internal/external inspections and close NCRs if raised.
• Monitor HSE compliance and report violations.
