Job Summary
The Project Manager / Site Manager will oversee the management, coordination, and successful execution of turnkey industrial construction projects, including civil works, steel structure erection, MEP systems, and finishing works. The role ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with contract specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.
Key Responsibilities
1. Project Planning and Management
- Manage the complete project lifecycle from mobilization to handover.
- Develop, track, and update project schedules, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with design consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Ensure adherence to project specifications, drawings, and contract requirements.
2. Site Supervision
- Supervise all site activities, including civil works, steel structure erection, and MEP systems.
- Ensure effective site logistics, manpower planning, and equipment utilization.
- Monitor progress and ensure timely completion of all activities.
3. Coordination and Communication
- Coordinate between civil works, structural steel, fire-fighting systems, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical installations.
- Conduct regular coordination meetings with subcontractors and suppliers.
- Resolve technical and operational issues on site promptly.
Skills
- 10–15 years of experience in construction projects.
- Minimum 5 years managing industrial warehouse projects.
- Proven experience in turnkey projects, including civil works and MEP systems.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, contract management, and quality control.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
