We are currently seeking a Sales Manager who is passionate, commercially driven, and energetic to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should be highly organized, detail-oriented, and skilled in negotiation and business development. Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Role Description The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and cultivating relationships with potential clients, negotiating contracts, and promoting the company's tourism services.
Qualifications Key Responsibilities• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets• Build and manage corporate and government client accounts• Acquire new business and maintain relationships with key decision-makers• Develop high-value MICE programs and experiential travel solutions• Establish partnerships with travel agencies locally and internationally• Promote and expand Omra+ product offerings• Monitor market trends, competitors, and pricing positioning• Track performance using CRM systems
Requirements3–5 years of experience in tourism, corporate travel, or MICEProven sales performance in Saudi Arabia Strong Riyadh-based professional network is preferred Excellent negotiation and contract management skills Commercial mindset with focus on margins and revenue quality Fluency in Arabic and English
