• Oversee and manage all architectural engineering activities for large-scale construction projects.

• Coordinate with design consultants, project managers, and construction teams to ensure alignment with architectural plans and project specifications.

• Review architectural drawings, shop drawings, and material submittals to ensure accuracy and compliance with project requirements.

• Monitor site activities to ensure quality control, safety standards, and project timelines are maintained.

• Provide technical guidance and support to site engineers and construction teams.

• Ensure architectural works comply with approved drawings, specifications, and international standards.

• Coordinate with structural, mechanical, and electrical teams to resolve technical issues.

• Supervise architectural finishing, façade works, fit-out, and detailing for high-quality project delivery.

• Prepare and review technical reports, site inspections, and progress updates.

• Ensure timely completion of architectural works according to project schedules and milestones.

Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering.

• Minimum 15+ years of experience in building construction projects or sports facilities.

• Proven experience working on large-scale projects such as stadiums, sports complexes, commercial buildings, or public facilities.

• Strong knowledge of architectural design principles, construction methodologies, and international building standards.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other architectural software.

• Strong leadership and coordination skills with multidisciplinary project teams.

• Previous experience in GCC / Saudi Arabia projects is preferred.
