Position Overview

Studio7 Design Solutions is seeking a qualified Architect with 5–8 years of professional experience to join our design team in Riyadh. The selected candidate will contribute to the development and delivery of architectural projects from concept stage through detailed documentation, ensuring design excellence and technical accuracy.

This role requires a strong balance between creative capability and technical proficiency, with mandatory expertise in Revit.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop architectural concepts in alignment with project requirements and company standards
• Prepare schematic design, detailed design, and IFC documentation
• Produce accurate and coordinated Revit models and drawings
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including interior design, landscape, and visualization
• Ensure compliance with applicable local codes and regulations
• Assist in resolving technical and design-related issues
• Participate in internal reviews and client meetings when required
• Maintain project documentation standards and timelines

Skills

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture (master’s degree is an advantage)
• 5–8 years of proven experience in architectural practice
• Advanced proficiency in Revit (Mandatory)
• Proven proficiency in rendering: Vray/ Corona or Lumion
• Strong knowledge of construction systems, detailing, and material specifications
• Demonstrated ability to translate conceptual ideas into technically sound solutions
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Professional communication skills in English & Arabic
