Job Details



Revenue Generation:




  • Take ownership of revenue targets and work towards meeting and exceeding sales goals through the development of new business opportunities.



Lead Conversion:




  • Identify, nurture, and convert leads into long-term business partnerships.



Client Relationship Management:




  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that align with our product offerings.



Collaborative Teamwork:




  • Work closely with the team to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.



Signage and Branding Expertise:




  • Leverage your knowledge of signage, print production,event branding, and creative solutions to offer clients unique, high-quality services that meet their specific requirements.



Strategic Planning:




  • Assist in the development and implementation of long-term business development strategies that align with company growth objectives.


Requirements

  • 2-3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or related fields.

  • Proven success in revenue generation and lead conversion, with a demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed targets.

  • In-depth knowledge of signage, print production, event branding, and creative solutions.

  • Strong understanding of the local market in UAE, with the ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver client solutions.

  • Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and proactive with a strong work ethic.
