Leads and mentors a development team in designing, developing, and maintaining web and mobile applications, with strong expertise in both frontend and backend technologies. Need to collaborates with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions while ensuring performance, code quality, and responsiveness. Actively participates in code reviews, resolves technical issues, and stays current with emerging technologies and frameworks.

• Lead a team of developers to design, develop, and maintain web and mobile applications.

  
  

• Well experienced in both frontend and backend technologies

  
  

• Possess leadership skills to mentor and guide the development team

  
  

• Develop and maintain web applications using technologies like .NET, Node.js, Java, …etc. 

  
  

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and build new features.

  
  

• Ensure performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.

  
  

• Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.

  
  

• Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization.

  
  

• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.

  
  

• Stay updated with emerging technologies and frameworks.

  
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or related field.

  
  

• 8+ years of experience in full-stack application development

  
  

• Proficient in frontend technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

  
  

• Experience with React, Angular, or Vue.js frameworks.

  
  

• Strong knowledge of back-end development using C#, ASP.NET, and .NET Core.

  
  

• Experience with MYSQL, SQL Server and database design.

  
  

• Familiarity with version control systems like Git.

  
  

• Excellent leadership skills, communication skills and stakeholder management skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
