Job Description:
Our client is a Saudi-based group pursuing inorganic growth across multiple sectors. The organisation is formalising its M&A and corporate development capability.
The Role
The Director will lead M&A strategy, deal execution, and integration planning. This role will identify acquisition targets, manage due diligence, and support valuation and negotiation processes. A key responsibility will be post-merger integration and value realisation. The Director will work closely with executive leadership, legal, and finance teams. This role will also support strategic partnerships and joint ventures. High exposure to board-level decision-making is expected.
Candidate Profile
Candidates must have senior experience in corporate development, M&A, or investment banking. Strong deal execution and integration experience is essential. Experience operating in Saudi Arabia is highly preferred. The ideal profile demonstrates strong financial analysis, commercial judgment, and stakeholder management. Prior exposure to diversified groups is advantageous. Executive communication skills are mandatory.
