Job Description
Support existing Ares Prism Application includes Application Administration Functional Support
Lead the Ares Prism Team
Connect with Stakeholders and provide the expert judgment
Connect with the relevant stakeholders to fix the application related issues
Assist IT and Business to develop the required reports and Dashboard
Assist the business to close monthly actuals
Utilize expertise in Primavera Analytics to develop insightful reports and dashboards for project performance monitoring
Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure seamless integration between Ares Prism Applications
Maintain data integrity and consistency across Ares Prism Modules
Stay updated on Ares Prism enhancements and incorporate relevant features into client solutions
Provide technical guidance on Ares Prism architecture and best practices to enhance system performance and usability
Roles and Responsibilities
Lead the design and development of business processes
Develop configuration documents user guides and training materials for Ares Prism
Support application administration activities including performance testing defect analysis and issue resolution
Collaborate with OEM and hosting providers to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
Drive integration workflows between Ares Prism with other applications
Ensure compliance with SLAs and industry best practices throughout project delivery
Communicate effectively with stakeholders to manage expectations and report project progress
Qualifications & Experience
- Strong experience in end-to-end Project Cost Controls such as Budget Management, change management, Contract Management etc.
- Technical proficiency with SQL Queries
- Experience with Reporting in Power BI
- Solid understanding of system changes management, release processes, and testing procedures.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical teams and non-technical business users
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with L1 team for application installation.
- Manage user administration in Contruent.
- Manage daily, weekly, and monthly system activities in Contruent (e.g., closing reporting periods, copying invoices to actuals).
- Coordinate with the Cybersecurity team to manage and close open security findings.
- Coordinate with System Operations teams regarding the application of security patches.
- Provide training sessions to Contruent end-users.
- Maintain the Contruent Application Servers (Windows infrastructure).
- Coordinate with the OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer/Vendor) on complex application issues.
- Conduct Community of Practice (CoP) sessions with users and maintain the CoP SharePoint website.
- Record Contruent training videos.
- Plan, execute, and test Contruent application upgrades, followed by end-user rollout.
- Manage Power BI dashboards connected to Contruent data.
- Manage the development and maintenance of Contruent Custom Prints and Reports.
- Provide data migration inputs from Contruent to Unifier.
- Manage and resolve all Service Requests and Incidents created for Contruent.
- Manage Contruent Licenses
Skills
