Responsibilities:

- Analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends and areas for improvement, using this information to make informed decisions about workforce planning and development.
- Facilitate conflict resolution and mediation processes, ensuring that any workplace issues are addressed promptly and effectively to maintain a harmonious work environment.
