As a central player in the evolution of the Qiddiya project, Qiddiya Investment Company is in search of an Expert - Water Design to join our dynamic team.
This role is essential for ensuring the successful planning and implementation of water infrastructure systems that support the vision of a sustainable and vibrant entertainment and leisure destination.
Responsibilities Lead the design and development of innovative water systems, including potable water, wastewater, and stormwater management solutions.
Conduct thorough hydrological studies and assessments to inform design decisions and ensure system resilience.
Work in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to integrate water systems design within the broader development framework.
Review and approve engineering designs, plans, and specifications related to water infrastructure projects.
Ensure water design practices adhere to local regulations, sustainability standards, and best industry practices.
Engage with stakeholders to identify requirements and ensure that design outputs meet project objectives.
Monitor project progress, provide technical guidance, and ensure timely delivery of water design outputs.
Prepare and deliver presentations and reports on water design strategies to stakeholders and regulatory authorities.
Keep abreast of emerging trends, technologies, and regulations in water resources management and infrastructure design.

Collaboration with global industry leaders in real estate development, architecture, and planning Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Water Resources Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in water design and related infrastructure systems.
Proven track record in managing complex water projects and leading design teams.
Strong familiarity with water design software (e.
g., WaterCAD, Civil 3D) and hydraulic modeling tools.
In-depth knowledge of local and international water resources regulations and sustainability practices.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
Strong communication abilities, capable of conveying technical information clearly to diverse audiences.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative, and multidisciplinary environment.
