Role Summary The Oracle Fusion Cloud Procurement & SCM Functional Consultant is responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting Oracle Cloud Procurement and Supply Chain modules, ensuring alignment with business processes, compliance requirements, and Oracle recommended standards. The role involves end-to-end process ownership, stakeholder engagement, and solution optimization across procurement and supply chain functions.
Key Responsibilities
Procurement Functional Implementation ï‚· Lead functional design and configuration of Oracle Cloud Procurement modules including: ï‚· Self-Service Procurement (SSP) ï‚· Purchasing ï‚· Sourcing ï‚· Supplier Qualification ï‚· Supplier Portal (Supplier) ï‚· Supplier Lifecycle Management (SLM) ï‚· Configure procurement business units, approval workflows, and controls. ï‚· Support RFQ, auctions, contract purchasing, and PO lifecycle.
Supply Chain Management (SCM) Implementation ï‚· Implement and support Oracle SCM modules such as: ï‚· Inventory Management ï‚· BOM & Cost Management ï‚· Order Management ï‚· Receiving and Logistics ï‚· Design end-to-end Source-to-Pay (S2P) and Plan-to-Fulfill processes. ï‚· Configure intercompany, drop-ship, and consignment processes.
Business Process & Stakeholder Engagement ï‚· Conduct fit-gap workshops and document functional requirements. ï‚· Translate business requirements into solution designs and configurations. ï‚· Collaborate with Finance, Projects, and Operations teams for cross-module alignment. ï‚· Lead CRP, UAT, and end-user training sessions.
Integrations & Data Migration ï‚· Define functional requirements for integrations with: ï‚· Oracle Financials ï‚· Inventory and Manufacturing systems ï‚· Third-party logistics and supplier systems ï‚· Support data migration using FBDI, ADFdi, and supplier/item conversion tools. ï‚· Validate data accuracy and transactional integrity.
Controls, Compliance & Governance ï‚· Configure approval hierarchies, delegation of authority, and SoD controls. ï‚· Ensure compliance with internal procurement policies and regulatory requirements. ï‚· Support contract compliance, spend visibility, and supplier governance.
Reporting & Optimization ï‚· Define and validate procurement and SCM reports using OTBI and BI Publisher. ï‚· Support KPI tracking and performance dashboards. ï‚· Provide post-go-live support and continuous process improvements.
Required Skills & Experience
Functional & Domain Expertise ï‚· Strong hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud Procurement and SCM. ï‚· Solid understanding of Source-to-Pay (S2P) and Supply Chain processes. ï‚· Experience in multi-organization, multi-entity, and global rollouts. ï‚· Knowledge of procurement contracts, sourcing strategies, and supplier collaboration.
Oracle Toolset Knowledge ï‚· Oracle Fusion Setup & Maintenance. ï‚· BPM approvals and workflow configuration. ï‚· OTBI and BI Publisher. ï‚· Working knowledge of FBDI and integrations.
Soft Skills ï‚· Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. ï‚· Ability to lead workshops and explain complex processes. ï‚· Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capability. ï‚· Experience working in agile and waterfall ERP delivery models.
Qualifications  Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Finance, or IT.  Oracle Fusion Cloud Procurement / SCM certification (preferred).
Experience Level (Typical) Senior Consultant: 7+ years
Nice to Have ï‚· Experience with Oracle Cloud Financials integration. ï‚· Exposure to Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM). ï‚· Experience in regulated industries (Healthcare).
