The role focuses on converting qualified leads provided by the company into active clients. The ideal candidate is a strong closer with previous B2B software or retail-related sales experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a hybrid setup. This position requires someone confident, presentable, and capable of building trust with business owners while achieving monthly sales targets. Responsibilities: Contact and follow up with qualified leads provided by the company Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients Understand client needs and propose suitable solutions Close sales deals and achieve monthly targets Maintain accurate records in CRM systems Build and maintain long-term client relationships Coordinate with internal teams for onboarding new clients Provide feedback on market trends and client requirements Requirements Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related field 2- 4 years of experience in B2B sales (preferably SaaS, software, retail, or service industries) Experience dealing with SMEs or retail business owners is preferred Proven track record in achieving or exceeding sales targets Strong closing skills (Closer profile – not required to generate leads) Good command of English (spoken and written) Comfortable working in a hybrid work model Proficient in using CRM systems and basic sales reporting tools Presentable personality with strong interpersonal skills
