الهدف العام من الوظيفة | Job Objective

إدارة وتوجيه حركة الشاحنات اليومية، وتحويل طلبات العملاء إلى عمليات تشغيلية ناجحة، مع ضمان استغلال كامل الطاقة الاستيعابية للأسطول (تحميل الذهاب والعودة) وتوثيق كافة الرحلات بدقة.

Managing and directing daily trucking operations, converting client requests into successful operational processes, ensuring maximum fleet capacity utilization (headhaul/backhaul), and maintaining accurate trip documentation.

المهام والمسؤوليات التفصيلية | Key Responsibilities

1. إدارة الطلبات والتوجيه | Order Management & Dispatching

• استلام طلبات العملاء وتوثيق بيانات الشحنة (النوع، الوزن، الوجهة، الموعد).
• Receiving client orders and documenting shipment data (type, weight, destination, schedule).
• توزيع المهام على السائقين وتوجيههم إلى مواقع التحميل والتفريغ.
• Assigning tasks to drivers and directing them to loading/unloading sites.

2. تشغيل الأسطول وتوفير الحمولات | Fleet Operations & Load Sourcing

• ضمان عدم تحرك الشاحنات "فارغة" عبر البحث النشط عن حمولات رجيع (Backhaul).
• Ensuring trucks do not run empty by actively searching for backhaul loads.

3. المتابعة الميدانية والدعم | Field Follow-up & Support

• متابعة حركة الشاحنات لحظياً عبر (GPS) لضمان الالتزام بالمسارات.
• Real-time tracking via GPS to ensure route compliance.
• تقديم الدعم الفوري للسائقين في حال حدوث أعطال أو حوادث.
• Providing immediate support for drivers during breakdowns or accidents.

4. التوثيق والإدارة المستندية | Documentation & Records Management

• إصدار وثائق النقل (بيان/نقل) ومراجعة فواتير المحروقات ومستندات التسليم.
• Issuing transport docs (Bayan/Naql), reviewing fuel invoices and PODs.
• إدخال بيانات الرحلات (المسافة، الاستهلاك، العوائد) على نظام الشركة.
• Data entry of trip details (distance, consumption, revenue) into the system.

Skills

متطلبات الوظيفة | Job Requirements

الخبرة: خبرة سابقة في شركات نقل البضائع أو "الترحيـل"

.Experience: Previous experience in freight transport or dispatching operations

.اللغات: إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية (تحدثاً وكتابة) للتواصل مع السائقين والجهات الخارجية

.Languages: Proficiency in English (speaking and writing) to communicate with drivers and external parties.

المهارات التقنية: إجادة تطبيقات الخرائط، أنظمة التتبع (GPS)، وبرامج الـ Excel.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in mapping apps, GPS tracking systems, and MS Excel.

التواصل والتفاوض: مهارات قوية في التفاوض مع مكاتب الشحن وإدارة السائقين

.Communication & Negotiation: Strong skills in negotiating with freight brokers and

managing drivers.

المعرفة الجغرافية: دراية تامة بشبكة الطرق، المناطق الصناعية، والمنافذ الحيوية

.Geographical Knowledge: Thorough awareness of road networks, industrial zones, and key ports.

إدارة الضغوط: القدرة على معالجة الأزمات الميدانية وتعدد المهام بدقة عالية.

Pressure Management: Ability to handle field crises and multitask with high accuracy.
