What You'll Do
As a Talent Management Intern, you will support the day-to-day activities of the Talent Management team, with a particular focus on Staffing, Career Development, and general administration. This internship is an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the core people processes of a leading global consulting firm, working closely with experienced Staffing and Career Development professionals.
You will contribute to key operational tasks, help prepare materials and analysis for talent processes, and support the team in ensuring smooth coordination with consultants across our Middle East offices.
Key responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
Staffing
- Assist in maintaining and updating staffing databases, dashboards, and tracking tools
- Help prepare staffing overviews and materials for weekly team discussions
- Support the team in reviewing project needs and consultant availability
- Coordinate with the Staffing team on follow-ups, data checks, and documentation
Career Development
- Support preparation for Career Development Committee (CDC) meetings (e.g., organizing files, preparing templates, updating records)
- Assist in collecting, reviewing, and organizing inputs for performance evaluations and promotion cycles
- Help update consultant profiles, development notes, and other relevant documents
General Administrative & Operational Support
- Draft communications, meeting summaries, or announcements as needed
- Assist in responding to routine queries, escalating to senior team members where appropriate
- Help organize internal meetings, track action items, and support follow-ups
- Contribute to streamlining internal processes and suggest improvements where applicable
- Ensure accuracy and confidentiality when handling sensitive employee information
- Prepare, review, and organize documents, presentations, and reports
- Assist in maintaining records, shared folders, and internal documentation
- Participate in team meetings and collaborate with cross-functional people teams

What You'll Bring
• Final-year university student eligible for COOP in June 2026
• Fluent in both English and Arabic (written and spoken)
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook with a willingness to learn new tools
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail and high standards of accuracy
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities
• Demonstrates professionalism, integrity, and discretion in handling confidential information
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, service-oriented, and intellectually demanding environment
