The Candidate: 

We are currently seeking a Full-time Gymnastics Coach to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting coaching sessions for children of all ability levels.  

Job Responsibilities: 

• Complete necessary planning and preparation prior to each session and collaborate with other coaches/colleagues as required.  
• Deliver positive, fun, and safe coaching sessions.  
• Ensure the safeguarding and protection of all children.  
• Maintain effective communication with parents regarding their child's progress.  

Skills

• A degree in a sports-related field or a level 2 coaching qualification.  
• Proven experience as a Gymnastics Coach.  
• Experience in sports coaching and/or the education sector.  
• Experience working with students aged 3-16 years.  
• An enhanced CRB/DBS check.  
• Safeguarding & Protecting Children Certificate.  
• First Aid qualified.  
• Good communication and organizational skills.  
• A valid driving license.  
• Proficiency in MS Office.  
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.  
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with children, parents, and staff members.  
• Understanding of the learning process and training principles.  
• Ability to motivate and assist children in developing new skills safely.
