We operate as a specialized Airbnb concierge company dedicated to property acquisition, management, optimization, cleaning supervision, and rental performance improvement.
The agent will be responsible for:
- Developing a portfolio of properties
- Prospecting property owners
- Taking professional property photos
- Submitting properties for validation
- Managing operational rental activities
- Supervising cleaning and property standards
- Optimizing rental performance
Commission-based remuneration (approximately 5%) based on rental performance.
