JASARA PMC is inviting expressions of interest for the position of Resident Engineer (Structure).
In this pivotal role, you will oversee structural engineering aspects of rail projects, ensuring compliance with design specifications and regulatory standards.
You will be responsible for managing the construction site, coordinating with contractors, and providing technical guidance to ensure the integrity and quality of the structures being built.

Responsibilities Manage and oversee all structural construction activities on rail projects, ensuring compliance with engineering standards and specifications.
Conduct regular inspections of construction sites, assessing the quality of work and compliance with safety regulations.
Engage with project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and other engineering teams, to facilitate effective communication and address construction challenges.
Review and analyze structural design plans and shop drawings, providing constructive feedback and solutions.
Monitor project schedules and budgets, preparing progress reports and identifying areas for improvement.
Ensure all structural work meets local, national, and industry standards.
Implement best practices for quality assurance and control throughout the construction process.
Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
A minimum of 15 years of experience in structural engineering with a focus on rail projects for 10 years.
Strong knowledge of structural design principles and construction methodologies.
Demonstrated experience in managing large-scale infrastructure projects.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze complex technical data and provide actionable recommendations.
Proficient in engineering software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Professional Engineer (PE) license is preferred.
