Qiddiya Investment Company is on the lookout for a detail-oriented and proactive Manager - Warehouse, Assets & Logistics to join our dedicated team.
In this pivotal role, you will oversee the management of warehouse operations, assets, and logistics, ensuring that all processes are efficient, cost-effective, and aligned with Qiddiya’s strategic objectives.
Your expertise in logistics management and warehousing will play a crucial role in supporting the overall operational effectiveness of Qiddiya, as you ensure that assets are managed effectively throughout their lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities Manage and optimize warehouse operations, including inventory management, storage, and distribution of assets.
Develop and implement logistics strategies that enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
Oversee the procurement, storage, and distribution of materials and equipment necessary for ongoing projects.
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in all warehouse and logistics operations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align logistics activities with project timelines and requirements.
Maintain accurate records of inventory, assets, and logistics activities, providing reports as required.
Lead a team of warehouse and logistics professionals, providing training and support to ensure high-performance standards.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in warehouse and logistics management.

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in warehouse management, logistics, or asset management.
Strong understanding of inventory management systems and logistics principles.
Proficient in warehouse management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
