IT Support Technician (B2B Contract!) We are currently seeking a dedicated and proactive IT Support Technician to join our team in Riyadh. In this role, you will be responsible for installing new systems (including networking setups), diagnosing and resolving a wide range of hardware and software issues, and ensuring our clients can operate efficiently and effectively.
Beyond resolving immediate technical concerns, we value professionals who take initiative - identifying opportunities to enhance existing services and contribute to the expansion of client service agreements.
🔧 Main Responsibilities Collaborate with clients to identify technical issues and develop effective solutions Respond to or escalate support calls within agreed timeframes Install, configure, and maintain client systems (PCs, mobile devices, networking equipment) Perform troubleshooting, diagnostics, and problem resolution Liaise with help desks and support centers as required Assist in developing testing and repair processes Build and maintain strong client relationships, identifying opportunities to expand service agreements
✅ Requirements & Qualifications Minimum 3 years of experience as a Field Service Representative or in a similar IT support role Experience managing and maintaining technical equipment Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills Team-oriented with effective time-management abilities Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Comfortable using mobile tools and applications
