Job Details

We are looking for a Sales Development Representative to help us grow by identifying and engaging potential SMB clients in Saudi Arabia. You will focus exclusively on building the pipeline: prospecting, outreach, and qualifying leads.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify potential SMB clients across Riyadh and Saudi Arabia
  • Conduct outbound outreach via phone, email, LinkedIn, and other channels
  • Qualify leads and gather key business information for the sales team
  • Book meetings and discovery calls with decision-makers (owners, managers)
  • Maintain accurate records of outreach, interactions, and pipeline activity
  • Collaborate with the founder on messaging and targeting strategy
  • Track and report on lead generation metrics


Skills

Requirements

  • 2+ years experience in lead generation, sales development, or business development
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills
  • Comfortable with outbound prospecting and cold outreach
  • Basic understanding of IT, cloud, or software services is a plus, especially AWS & Huawei Cloud
  • Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented
  • Fluent in Arabic and English
