We are looking for a Sales Development Representative to help us grow by identifying and engaging potential SMB clients in Saudi Arabia. You will focus exclusively on building the pipeline: prospecting, outreach, and qualifying leads.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify potential SMB clients across Riyadh and Saudi Arabia
- Conduct outbound outreach via phone, email, LinkedIn, and other channels
- Qualify leads and gather key business information for the sales team
- Book meetings and discovery calls with decision-makers (owners, managers)
- Maintain accurate records of outreach, interactions, and pipeline activity
- Collaborate with the founder on messaging and targeting strategy
- Track and report on lead generation metrics
Skills
Requirements
- 2+ years experience in lead generation, sales development, or business development
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Comfortable with outbound prospecting and cold outreach
- Basic understanding of IT, cloud, or software services is a plus, especially AWS & Huawei Cloud
- Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented
- Fluent in Arabic and English
