We are seeking a qualified Structural Site Engineer to join our team in Riyadh for residential building projects. The ideal candidate must have solid hands-on experience in site execution and supervision of structural works within Riyadh.

???? Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily structural activities including formwork, reinforcement, concrete pouring, curing, and quality control.
• Review structural drawings, reinforcement detailing (BBS), and shop drawings.
• Coordinate with Technical Office, MEP teams, and other disciplines to resolve site conflicts.
• Monitor contractors and workforce performance on site.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with approved method statements and safety regulations.
• Prepare daily and weekly progress reports and monitor project milestones.

Skills

✅ Mandatory Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in residential building projects within Riyadh.
• Experience in Riyadh residential projects is strictly mandatory.
• Strong ability to read structural analysis models and reinforcement drawings.
• Good reporting and documentation skills.
• Valid driving license.
• Transferable Iqama for non-Saudis.
• Current residence must be in Riyadh.
