Position: Operations Supervisor – Food & Beverage (Meal Subscription Service)

Role Purpose
We are looking for an Operations Supervisor to lead daily execution across kitchen production, packing, dispatch, and customer experience. This role ensures timely delivery, operational consistency, and system-building to support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Daily Operations & Fulfillment
Lead daily production planning based on orders and forecasts
Oversee kitchen workflow, packing accuracy (allergens, labels, quantities), and dispatch coordination
Ensure on-time delivery and escalation of any operational issues
Maintain daily batch traceability and production logs
Quality & Compliance
Enforce hygiene, food safety, and sanitation standards
Monitor temperature logs, cold chain compliance, and PPE usage
Investigate quality issues and implement corrective actions
Process & Continuous Improvement
Develop and maintain SOPs for production, packing, inventory, and dispatch
Implement daily checklists and shift handover routines
Identify bottlenecks and drive waste reduction and efficiency improvements
People Management
Manage team schedules, attendance, and performance
Train staff on SOPs and productivity standards
Foster a culture of accountability and teamwork
Inventory & Cost Control
Coordinate with procurement to ensure ingredient availability
Apply FIFO/FEFO and monitor daily consumption vs. plan
Lead waste reduction and yield improvement initiatives
Customer Experience Support
Experience (MANDATORY)
✅ 5+ years in food operations (cloud kitchen, catering, restaurant, or meal production) – REQUIRED
✅ At least 2 years as a supervisor managing a team – REQUIRED
✅ Detailed knowledge of food production and kitchen workflow – REQUIRED
✅ Proven ability to lead kitchen teams in productivity, training, and shift execution – REQUIRED
High-volume production experience (strongly preferred)
Experience building SOPs and operational routines (preferred)
Technical & Soft Skills (MANDATORY)
✅ Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills
✅ Comfort with operational tools (POS, dashboards, inventory, delivery apps)
✅ Fluent Arabic and English
✅ Organized, systematic, and detail-oriented
✅ Strong ownership, urgency, and ability to lead under pressure
✅ Practical problem-solving and root-cause thinking

Compensation & Benefits
Basic Salary: SAR 4,000 – 5,000/month
Housing Allowance: 25% of basic
Transportation Allowance: 10% of basic
Performance Bonus: SAR 1,500 tied to sales targets
Contract: 1 Year (renewable)
