We are a leading construction company operating across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, delivering world-class residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects. 

In alignment with Vision 2030 and the Kingdom's ambitious development agenda, we are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Manager to spearhead our growth strategy and expand our project pipeline.

Role Summary

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying, pursuing, and securing new business opportunities within the construction sector across Saudi Arabia. 

This role requires a strategic thinker with deep market knowledge, strong relationships within the Saudi construction ecosystem, and the ability to lead proposals and negotiations to successful contract awards.

Key Responsibilities

•       Identify and develop new business opportunities across residential, commercial, hospitality, industrial, and infrastructure sectors in alignment with Vision 2030 megaprojects (NEOM, Red Sea Project, Diriyah, etc.).

•       Build and maintain strong relationships with government entities, private developers, real estate investment firms, consultants, and key decision-makers.

•       Lead the preparation and submission of prequalification documents, expressions of interest (EOI), requests for proposals (RFP), and tender bids.

•       Conduct comprehensive market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for competitive differentiation.

•       Develop and execute an annual business development plan with clearly defined targets, KPIs, and revenue goals.

•       Collaborate with estimating, legal, finance, and technical teams to develop commercially competitive and technically sound proposals.

•       Represent the company at industry events, trade exhibitions, and networking forums across the Kingdom.

•       Negotiate contract terms, joint ventures, and strategic partnerships with clients and subcontractors.

•       Maintain an up-to-date CRM database of leads, prospects, and client interactions.

•       Provide regular business development reports and pipeline updates to senior leadership.

•       Support the company's Saudization (Nitaqat) commitments and contribute to national workforce development initiatives.
