Overview We're on the lookout for dynamic and motivated talent to join our PubCubs Internship as Strategy & Insights Interns. Join us and gain hands-on experience in strategic planning by exploring consumer behavior, market trends, and data-driven insights to shape impactful brand strategies. You'll play a key role in research methodologies, competitive analysis, and strategic storytelling, while gaining invaluable insights into real-world brand strategy & collaborating with experts across the Groupe. Here's the scoop: you'll need to be in the office at least 3 days a week, so pick a market where you've got that visa or residency sorted. Unfortunately, we can't hook you up with residency, housing, or transportation, but we've got your back in every other way! Oh, and don't forget your trusty laptop - it's your sidekick for this adventure. We won't be able to provide equipment, but we know you've got that covered! As this will be a paid internship and, if selected, you will be asked to provide supporting documents to finalize your contract. How you'll make an impact: Assist in conducting market research and consumer analysis to uncover key insights that drive brand strategies. Support in analyzing industry trends, competitive landscapes, and cultural shifts to inform strategic recommendations. Help translate data and research findings into compelling stories that support brand positioning and marketing strategies. Assist in compiling and synthesizing data from multiple sources, including digital analytics, social listening, and survey research. Work closely with creative and media teams to ensure insights are effectively integrated into campaign planning and execution. Contribute to brainstorming sessions and strategic discussions to develop innovative and data-driven solutions. Shadow the team in building presentations, reports, and client deliverables, ensuring clarity and impact. All About You: Currently enrolled in or have recently completed an undergraduate program in Marketing, Business, Communications, Psychology, Economics, or a related field. Basic understanding of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and ideation concepts. Motivated and willing to learn within a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Team player with good interpersonal skills. Committed to approaching situations and individuals with honesty, integrity, and humility. Strong communications skills, both verbal and written.
