The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the overall performance, operational excellence, and profitability of the F&B brand across its locations. The role requires strong leadership, commercial awareness, and hands-on operational control to ensure high service standards, cost efficiency, and sustainable growth.
Key ResponsibilitiesOversee day-to-day operations across all branches/outlets to ensure smooth and efficient performance.
Drive sales growth and profitability, monitoring KPIs, P&L, and cost control measures.
Ensure consistent implementation of brand standards, service quality, and customer experience.
Manage and optimize inventory, procurement, and supply chain coordination.
Lead, train, and develop restaurant/branch managers and operational teams.
Monitor food quality, hygiene, and compliance with SFDA and local regulatory requirements.
Analyze operational performance reports and identify areas for improvement.
Implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and reduce wastage.
Collaborate with marketing teams to support campaigns and promotional initiatives.
Handle escalations, customer feedback, and operational risk management.
Candidate ProfileBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field.
7-12+ years of experience in F&B operations, with multi-branch management exposure.
Strong understanding of P&L management, budgeting, and cost control.
Proven experience in scaling operations and improving profitability.
Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Experience in the Saudi market is highly preferred.
Arabic & English proficiency is an advantage.
