Job Title:Marketing Coordinator and Content Creator

Our team of fully qualified coaches operates across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Riyadh (KSA), providing exceptional curricular and extra-curricular sports experiences for schools and communities.
The Role
We are seeking a full-time Content Creator & Marketing Coordinator to join our KSA team, based in Riyadh.
The successful candidate will plan, create, and execute marketing initiatives that promote our sports programs and strengthen brand presence across KSA.
This role reports directly to the Sports Program Director.
Key Responsibilities1. Content Creation & Strategy
- Plan, create, and publish high-quality content (images, videos, graphics, written posts) aligned with brand voice and marketing objectives.
- Capture photo, video, and testimonial content at venues, events, school visits, tournaments, and activations.
- Develop and maintain marketing and content calendars (campaign timelines, posting schedules, deadlines).
- Stay up to date with social media trends and audience insights.
- Ensure consistent branding and visual standards across digital, print, and on-site materials.
2. Digital Marketing & Social Media Management
- Manage all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube).
- Write captions, schedule posts, and monitor engagement and performance.
- Respond professionally to comments, messages, and inquiries.
- Support setup and monitoring of paid campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads).
- Coordinate website updates and promotional materials with internal teams.
- Conduct monthly audits to optimise engagement and growth.
3. Campaigns & Brand Promotion
- Plan and execute campaigns for term programs, holiday camps, leagues, tournaments, and events.
- Coordinate design and production of marketing materials (flyers, banners, signage, uniforms, merchandise).
- Identify new opportunities to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Support influencer and partnership collaborations where applicable.
4. Communication & CRM Marketing
- Draft and distribute newsletters and promotional campaigns via CRM tools (e.g., Mailchimp).
- Maintain and segment customer databases for targeted marketing.
- Collect content and updates from venues and internal teams to support campaigns.
5. Event & On-Site Marketing Support
- Attend events, school visits, sign-up days, and tournaments to capture content.
- Support event activations and promotional setups.
- Ensure marketing materials are available and correctly displayed at venues.
6. Reporting & Administration
- Prepare monthly performance reports (social media, email marketing, campaigns).
- Track marketing spend and basic ROI.
- Organize and maintain the photo/video content library.
- Present insights and recommendations in management meetings.
Brand Responsibilities – KSA
The role supports marketing execution for:
- Elite Sports Academy – KSA
- School Sports Association (SSA) – KSA
- Academy Super League (ASL) – KSA
Each brand must maintain its own identity, content strategy, posting calendar, and performance tracking while aligning with the overall Elite group brand guidelines.
Website Responsibility
KSA websites operate independently and must be managed separately, including content updates and campaign uploads.
Social Media Channel Ownership
For each KSA brand, the role supports:
- Facebook
- Instagram
- TikTok
- YouTube
- LinkedIn
Responsibilities include scheduling, engagement monitoring, campaign support, and reporting.
Key Profile & Capability Requirements
The ideal candidate will be creative, proactive, and detail-oriented, with:
- Proven ability to generate engaging content ideas and produce high-quality photo/video assets
- Strong understanding of communicating value to parents and teenage athletes
- Ability to capture real-time sports sessions and edit short-form and long-form video content
- Strong storytelling skills balancing performance, fun, education, and development
- Excellent attention to detail in filming, editing, branding, and tone
- Confidence working on-site with coaches, athletes, and parents
- Strong video editing skills suitable for Reels, TikTok, YouTube, and paid ads
Accountability & Standards
The role is expected to:
- Support end-to-end social media execution for KSA brands
- Maintain brand consistency and visual identity
- Support campaign execution to drive registrations
- Track and report KPIs by brand and platform
- Coordinate content inputs from operations and sports managers
- Ensure timely delivery of marketing assets
Skills
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 2–3 years of relevant experience
- Proven experience managing social media and digital campaigns
- Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar tools
- Strong writing and storytelling skills
- Knowledge of social media analytics and paid ads
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Creative and self-motivated mindset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Familiarity with CMS platforms and AI-based tools (advantageous)
- Driving license and own vehicle preferred
