Role Overview:
The Project Manager / PMO – Corporate & Office Operations will be responsible for managing the administrative, governance, and performance framework of a large-scale PIF project.
This is not a construction site role. It is a corporate-side project management position focused on SLAs, reporting structures, governance controls, custom clearness coordination on behave of the project owner, and internal execution discipline.
The successful candidate will bring consulting rigor — ideally from Big Four (KPMG, Deloitte, PwC, EY) — with a proven track record managing complex, transformation and multi-stakeholder projects.
Job Duties:
- Establish and manage project governance frameworks across internal departments
- Coordinate with all vendors and agency for custom clearness coordination on behave of the project owner
- Design, monitor and enforce SLAs across contractors, service providers and JV partners
- Develop reporting dashboards and executive-level performance packs
- Track KPIs across commercial, operational and compliance functions
- Lead cross-functional coordination meetings and follow-up execution
- Identify operational bottlenecks and implement structured solutions
- Support CEO with strategic planning documentation and board reporting
Skills
Requirements:
- 5–8+ years’ experience in management consulting or project advisory
- Saudi National preferred
- Big Four consultancy background strongly preferred
- Proven experience managing large transformation or infrastructure-related projects
- Strong understanding of governance, compliance, and SLA frameworks
- Highly analytical, structured thinker
- Confident dealing with senior stakeholders
- Fluent Arabic and English
